Hospice of San Luis Obispo County Presents: Light up a Life

Event Description: 1984-2009 25 Years of Light and Love Remember Someone Special by Illuminating a Hospice Memory Tree in your Community. You are also invited to participate in illuminating a Hospice Memorial Tree by purchasing a star in memory of a loved one, or for someone living whom you wish to honor. Your loved one's name will be read at the City's Light Up a Life Ceremony and your loved one's name will be entered in the Memorial Book. For our indoor ceremonies, we invite you to bring and individual or family photo of who you are remembering. The photo will be displayed on a "memory table" at the ceremony. . Stars are available at the Hospice office at 1304 Pacific Street, San Luis Obispo, Chambers of Commerce, all Rabobank branches and all community ceremonies.
